Background & Issues

Marketing campaigns are fast-paced and flexible, requiring real-time responsiveness rather than following the usual versioned releases. However, since the requests often come from different product managers with varying needs, this eventually leads to inconsistent design styles and conflicts between campaigns.

Guidelines from UED team

1. Guidelines for using pop-ups.

Pop-ups reach the most users, but they can disrupt user behavior and lead to instinctive closure. They should only be used for top-priority campaigns and only on the home page. Both of these pop-ups cannot be used for the same campaign.

2. Guidelines for campaigns on the flight home page.

3. Guidelines for campaigns on the flight list page.

4. Guidelines for campaigns on the fare selection page.
